INGREDIENTS
60 ml Seedlip Spice 94
30ml fresh grapefruit juice
15 ml fresh lime juice
15 ml simple syrup
Soda

GLASS and GARNISH
Highball
Grapefruit peel

METHOD
Make the simple syrup by warming equal parts, then chill.
Add all the ingredients except the soda into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a highball glass.
Top with soda and add fresh cubes of ice.
Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

Seedlip’s Grove Ginger Highball

The simplest refreshing tall drink.

 

INGREDIENTS
60ml Seedlip Grove 42
Ginger Ale

GLASS and GARNISH
Highball
Lemon wheel

METHOD
Build over ice

Seedlip Grove 42 French 0.5

Mix yourself the perfect champagne alternative using Seedlip Grove 42 and your favourite non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

INGREDIENTS
35ml Seedlip Grove 42
15 ml lemon juice
10 ml sugar syrup
Top wth non-alcoholic sparkling wine of your choice.

GLASS and GARNISH
Chilled champagne flute
Lemon for garnish

METHOD
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Shake and double strain into a chilled champagne flute.
Garnish with a lemon disc.
