Iconic Eats have released their 2021 list of the best 100 dishes to eat in Auckland and where you can find them. Over one thousand Auckland food-lovers nominated their favourite dishes, which were narrowed down to the final list.
The dishes include innovations like the Hot Chicken Donut Burger at Sneaky Snacks and classic kiwi staples like the Triple Cheese Scone at Homeland. The list also showcases the diversity that Auckland has to offer as one of the most multicultural cities in the world, from the Filipino dish Adobo del Diablo from Hapunan to the Masala Dosa from Satya.
There are also treats for those with a sweet tooth including the eye-catching Summer Pavlova Freak Shake from CrunchTower Desserts.
Central Auckland claims 62 of the top 100 spots but there is plenty on offer around the city so go and make the most of it now Auckland is back open for hospitality!
